I just ordered online so why haven’t I received my download?

Once an order has been placed, the sale will be processed through 2Checkout’s fraud prevention process which may take up to a few hours depending on the volume. Once the sale has been validated, your access to the product/service you’ve purchased will be emailed to you from the Seller. Please make sure to check your junk and spam folder!


What is this transaction fee listed on my statement?

This fee is not charged by 2CO. Some card issuers may assess a fee to their customers for transactions in certain currencies or when purchases are made from a foreign merchant. Please consult your card issuer for details.
